En este trabajo, se abordan algunos aspectos en la historia del aprendizaje del Jazz en México, los cuales fueron conformando el Jazz en el país, pasando por muchísimos momentos, sus ejecutantes sortearon todo tipo de problemas y obstáculos para encontrar el aprendizaje del Jazz, con muchos esfuerzos lograron aprender, promover, ejecutar, crear, y trazar el camino hacia una educación musical distinta a la escuela de música clásica.
