El “cyberbullying”, es una manifestación de la violencia en las redes sociales, Dorantes (2016 y 2017). El estudio se desarrolla en la Facultad de Pedagogía del Sistema de Enseñanza Abierta (sea) de la Universidad Veracruzana (UV). Se apoyó en la teoría de las representaciones sociales, de Moscovici (1961). Se emplearon 2 técnicas de investigación: 1) asociación libre de palabras y 2) dibujo (Abric, 1994), su análisis es con el software IRAMUTEQ, demostrando que cyberbullying es: “violencia” y “acoso” por Facebook.
