El objetivo fue medir el acceso y disponibilidad de objetos culturales tecnológicos de estudiantes en una universidad intercultural. El 32.51% de la comunidad escolar respondió el cuestionario "percepción y uso de las TIC". Los estudiantes encuestados presentaron un rezago tecnológico significativo que los descalifica para competir en la sociedad del conocimiento. En conclusión, las brechas digitales son una expresión de las desigualdades sociales, que se intensifican más en las poblaciones históricamente vulnerables.
