Tecnologías que ayudan a los usuarios a obtener información de bases de datos y ejecutar aplicaciones; mediante la comunicación de lenguaje natural usuario/asistente. Se presentan las características de los dispositivos físicos, Echo Dot para Alexa y Google Home Mini para Google Assistant. Obteniendo información de la funcionalidad y manejo en los asistentes mencionados. Se utilizará un Benchmark, que realizará una comparación entre los asistentes y mostrará las funcionalidades de los dispositivos.
