Sumario:The article is based on analyzing the characteristics of the study population and identifying the technological access barriers for the generation of an induction model that allows for the improvement of the adaptation of new collaborators. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument through random sampling for convenience; obtaining as main contributions to knowledge in the first place evidence of the relationship between the characteristics present in the population against the barriers of access to information, secondly it allows establishing the virtual medium as a fundamental tool for transmitting knowledge within a company, and thirdly, it allows the managers of a company to support the management of good practices of human talent that stimulate the commitment of people from their connection to the organization.
