Assessment-correlation: quality of working life and C-TPAT in Puebla furniture stores

The problem lies in the fact that there is a relationship between the quality of work life and the theory of expectations around the C-TPAT certification, the Customs Association for Trade against Terrorism. Most studies related to industrial certifications focus on the productivity and performance of the company. It is necessary to develop a study that gives light, to know if it is that certifying a company implies a benefit to the worker in their quality of work life and not only in the company. Subsequently, a relational analysis of the theory of expectations with quality of working life of companies in the Puebla furniture industry should be developed in the C-TPAT certification process, with an appreciation process.
