As teachers and active participants in the education sector, our challenge is to investigate and document our close surroundings, in a way that serves as a reflection for others. The strategies that the educational institution "Colegio Departamental La Esperanza de Villavicencio-Meta" is carrying out to assume the changes around the remote education situation are shared, exposing the results obtained and the difficulties presented. In such a way that in the "near" future, ICT will really be part of the curriculum and not just an occasional help, as it has been up to now, to a greater or lesser extent according to each institution.

La educación en Colombia y el mundo entero enfrenta ese gran desafío de superar las barreras que el Covid-19 le ha impuesto. Ante las dificultades de volver a las aulas en un tiempo cercano, y debido a los coletazos que ha dado en diferentes latitudes y en diversos sectores de la sociedad, se podría afirmar que este virus llego para quedarse. Cómo docentes y participes activos del sector educativo, nuestro reto es indagar y documentar lo nuestro entorno cercano, de manera que sirva de reflexión para otros. Se comparten las estrategias que la institución educativa “Colegio Departamental La Esperanza de Villavicencio-Meta” está llevando a cabo para asumir los cambios en torno a la situación de educación remota, exponiendo los resultados obtenidos y las dificultades presentadas. De tal forma que en un futuro “cercano”, las TIC realmente sean parte del currículo y no solamente una ayuda ocasional, como ha sido hasta el momento, en mayor o menor medida de acuerdo con cada institución.
