Sumario:Research results on the "Social representations of students with disabilities at the Universidad Veracruzana" are presented. Authors who have studied disability refer to people who suffer physical, motor, mental, visual or auditory damage to their body. The theory of social representations and the theory of minority psychology are used to learn about the disability of the selected student population. We rely on SCOPI and the CEnDHIU Inclusive Education University Program to identify disabled students. A mixed methodology was used, the artisanal method, and the IraMuTeQ software. The questionnaire was applied to 88 students from the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Open Education System (SEA) of the Universidad Veracruzana (UV). The results showed that disability refers to “a physical problem”. 79.89% perceive a respectful treatment of teachers and value the "inclusion, equality, help and support" granted at the UV.
