Sumario:Deritative of the COVID-19 pandemic, the technology in training processes had a significant acceleration, therefore the problem arises to determine if technological and pedagogical environments have had a favorable impact on virtual training. The objective of the research was to carry out an analysis on the implementation of educational and technological reference frameworks for the training process. The research was with a quantitative approach of an exploratory and descriptive type, the population and sample were the collaborators of health services of the State of Veracruz. The results show that 70% of the workers consider the virtual courses as excellent or good, the sample proportion test obtained that at least 90% of the employees want to continue taking virtual courses. It is concluded that the method and the appropriate technology for teaching courses has been well accepted, so it should continue.
