Sumario:The present investigation made it possible identify the recurring adverse conditions during the student career in the Intercultural Management for Development degree at the University Veracruzana Intercultural, refer to a limited economy, living far from the community of origin and near the University, to the inconsistencies between the previous ideas and the experience lived in the university, to discrimination and the conditions of violence. These conditions were identified through a qualitative approach methodology. The results set a standard for knowing the interests and activities that the students carried out with their families, in the communities and at the University, as well as to find the adverse conditions they faced during their professional training.
