description The present investigation made it possible identify the recurring adverse conditions during the student career in the Intercultural Management for Development degree at the University Veracruzana Intercultural, refer to a limited economy, living far from the community of origin and near the University, to the inconsistencies between the previous ideas and the experience lived in the university, to discrimination and the conditions of violence. These conditions were identified through a qualitative approach methodology. The results set a standard for knowing the interests and activities that the students carried out with their families, in the communities and at the University, as well as to find the adverse conditions they faced during their professional training.

La presente investigación permitió identificar las condiciones adversas recurrentes durante la trayectoria estudiantil en la Licenciatura en Gestión Intercultural para el Desarrollo en la Universidad Veracruzana Intercultural, las cuales describen una económica limitada, el vivir lejos de la comunidad de origen y cerca de la Universidad, las incongruencias entre las ideas previas y la experiencia vivida en la universidad, las condiciones de discriminación y de violencia. Estas condiciones fueron identificadas a través de una metodología de enfoque cualitativo. Los resultados dieron pauta para conocer las actividades, intereses y las condiciones adversas del estudiantado durante su formación profesional.
