Sumario: | The global pandemic caused by COVID-19 has affected various areas of society, one of them being the educational field, forcing it to generate a drastic change in both its teaching and learning processes as well as in its administrative processes. In the latter case, the notorious impact on university administrative management is an important element to investigate, since administrative staff, teachers and students had to adapt almost immediately to the use of new technologies, considerably widening the digital breach. Thus, the results obtained from an exploratory study in the School of Accounting and Administration of the Universidad Veracruzana, Xalapa region, confirm this impact on its three main agents, forcing a possible reconfiguration of administrative management to achieve the established goals. |
