Analysis of the usability of the Integral Financial Information System of the State of Veracruz Version 2.0

In 2017 the Government of the State of Veracruz through the Ministry of Finance and Planning (SEFIPLAN), decided to acquire and implement the Integrated Financial Management System of the State of Veracruz 2.0 (SIAFEV 2. 0), which currently presents deficiencies for the daily operation and the specific requirements of users by the operational areas of the Secretariat, so it is contemplated to develop a new system according to current needs, which involves a complex process of development and implementation that will require the investment of a large amount of time and a significant allocation of human and economic resources. This research was conducted under a quantitative, descriptive approach, since the data will be presented and analyzed according to the results of the application of an instrument, for which a 10-question Likert-scale questionnaire was applied.
