description This article presents a series of theoretical reflections that propose microhistory as a way of analysis to identify the risk factors that place local agroindustrial producers in a state of social vulnerability. The following paragraphs offer inputs that present theoretical positionings that allow connecting elements that address the social and solidarity economy through local agroindustrial producers, highlighting the importance of identifying the risk factors that they may face when they produce a product or sell it in spaces such as short marketing circuits. It is thus highlighted that in the processes they carry out in their daily lives, local producers go through different moments that can place them in a state of social vulnerability, which is why it is necessary to recover their processes and we propose a way of approach to do so, highlighting the importance of this research as it is a topic that has been little addressed for this specific sector, which is why we invite you to read the following pages.
