Sumario: | Mexico and the People’s Republic of China (China) are members of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC), as well as the World Trade Organization (WTO), among other institutions, in which the opening of markets is promoted to ensure that their economies have a greater boost in their economic growth through trade. Thus, in the last decade of the 20th century an important evolution of the growth of trade with China is detected, which allows it to become the first commercial partner of Asia-Pacific in this 21st century, in the same way the flow of investment from Chinese companies have a greater presence in Mexican territory. The objective of this research is to analyze the bilateral relationship and trade growth, as well as the distribution of Chinese investment in Mexico in the first two decades of the 21st century. |
