Sumario: | THE CONCEPT OF CORPORATE AUTHORSHIP IS EXPLAINED. THE IDEA IS ASSERTED THAT THE FIRST CORPORATE EN TRIES ARE FOUND IN LIBRARY CATALOGS OF THE XVIITH CENTURY, WHICH CONTAIN THE GERM OF THE RECOGNITION OF THE FACT THAT AN ORGANIZATION CAN BE AN AUTHOR WITH INTELLECTUAL RESPONSABILITY FOR THE WORKS IT PUBLISHES. PANIZZI RECOGNIZES CORPORATE EN TRIES IN HIS 91 RULES BUT HE DOES NOT PRESENT THE BASIS FOR CORPORATE AUTHORSHIP. IN 1850, CRESTADORO CRITICIZES PANIZZI AND ARGUES THAT ENTITIES CAN NOT BECONSIDERED AUTHORS. JEWETT PROPOSES THE POSSIBILITY OF TREATING BODIES AS AUTHORS FOR PRACTICAL REASONS, BUT HE DOES NOT GIVE THEM INTELLECTUAL CREDIT. SUB SECUENTLY CUTTER ESTABLISHES AND ENUNCIATES CORPORATE AUTHORSHIP. FINALLY FLETCHER BRINGS FOR WARD OBJECTIONS TO CUTTER BUT PROPOSES RULES THAT IN PRACTICE LED TO THE IMPLICIT RECOGNITION OF THE INTELLECTUAL RESPONSIBILITY OR AUTHORSHIP BY ORGANIZATIONS. |
