Descripción
Sumario:DESCRIBES THE LAGRANGIAN POISSON DISTRIBUTION AS DEVELOPED BY JANARDAN & SCHAEFFER WITH SPECIFIC EQUATIONS FOR CASES WHEN ZERO OBSERVATIONS ARE PRESENT IN THE DATA COLLECTED. TO ILLUSTRATE THE APPLICATION PROCESS, DATA COLLECTED AND STUDIED BY TARGINO & CALDEIRA ON BRAZILIAN LITERATURE PRODUCED BY PROFESSORS AT THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF PIAUIIS REPLICATED. THE X2 TEST WAS UDDES TO FIT OBSERVED TO EXPECTED VALUES. WITH A DISPERSION RATE OF G2=0.53925, AN ATTRACTION RATE OF G1=0.112054, AT 0.05 LEVEL OF SIGNIFICANCE AND 3 DEGREES OF FREEDOM, IT WAS FOUND THAT X2 CRITICAL VALUE WAS EQUAL TO 7.81473 HIGHER THAN ESTIMATED X2 OF 6.027. THEREFORE, IT WAS CONCLUDED THAT DATA FITS WELL TO POISSON LAGRANGIAN MODEL.
