Descripción
Sumario:UNIFICATION COMPRISES FOUR PARTS (MODEL FRBR, ANALYSIS OF RCAA2R, COMPARISON AND UNIFICATION IN BIBLIOGRAPHIC DESCRIPTION) WHICH AT THE SAME TIME CLUSTER SEVERAL CONTRIBUTIONS ON THE IMPACT OF FRBR. ORIGIN, STRUCTURE AND COMPONENTS OF MODEL FRBR ARE REVISED; RCAA2R ARE EXPLAINED AFTER DELSEY'S EXAMINATION OF THEM BASED ON THE MODEL; COMPARISON IS MADE BETWEEN THE MODEL AND CATALOGING RULES, AND THE UNIFICATION IS A JUXTAPOSITION AMONG THE COMPONENTS OF BOTH PROPOSALS. THIS GROUP OF ELEMENTS IS DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO THE IDEA THAT BIBLIOGRAPHIC RECORD MUST RESPOND TO NEW USER DEMANDS WHEN THEY NAVIGATE IN THE BIBLIOGRAPHIC UNIVERSE, AND TO PARADIGMATIC CHANGES IN CATALOGUING.
