Sumario: | The models and instruments through which copyright is administered in the Portuguese, Spanish and Mexican journals of history are described and analyzed. Through a quantitative methodology, consisting of the review of the web portals and the contents of the last issue of a population of 46 publications of this discipline, we find that: 1. Spain is the country that concentrates the largest number of these journals; 2. 21.73% of the analyzed journal are modeled on the administration of copyright; 36.95% use the Creative Commons license or some copyleft variant; 34.78% use the copyright and the licensing jointly and 6.52% is not specified in any section of its online interface or the model with the management of copyright. Finally,of the seven instruments of copyright administration the best of them in the same way of the same more than the rights of employees of the law of copyright, the legal headline on the home page and the declaration of the type of legal agreement with the work in the instructions for authors. |
