Sumario: | The information on university library websites worldwide is analyzed, as well as the contents and images used to promote information literacy services and programs (IL-INFOLIT). The study aims, on the one hand, to know how university libraries (UL) manage their visual identity related to IL-INFOLIT, what elements they use (figures, logos, infographics, videos) and how, in the face of new challenges (fake news, mining data, open science, artificial intelligence) are updating their content and images; and on the other hand, identify the ULs that offer best practices in the development of IL-INFOLIT content and visual identity. The data was collected online from the «IL-INFOLIT Map in Latin America and the world». A database was created according to its formative characteristics, and an image bank with complete and structured information on the elements of visual identity, allowing content and visual analysis. The results of this review show a vision of the degree of development that these services-programs have, in relation to the content they offer and the promotion of IL-INFOLIT using specific images. Finally, some case-sites stand out as good experiences for benchmarking. |
