Working women must also face, other types of pressure for the sole reason of their gender. When these pressures go beyond the work itself, they become harassment or also called mobbing. This phenomenon as a construct is understood as that constant harassment and in order to harm the recipient. The objective is to analyze a pilot sample of 70 working women, in order to know whether or not they have suffered from the mobbing syndrome and in which of its subscales.
The results show the existence of the six dimensions that make up mobbing, acording to the perception of the participants, communication at work being the one with the highest incidence, being single women and with a higher level of preparation those who denounce the most workplace harassment. |

En los últimos años, los cambios que han afectado a la humanidad no han hecho excepción con al ámbito laboral, se han incrementado las presiones de hacer más con menos y, en donde; los colaboradores sufren mayor competencia y esta no siempre leal. Las mujeres que trabajan deben enfrentar, además; otros tipos de presiones por el solo hecho de su género. Cuando estas presiones van más allá del propio trabajo, se convierten en acoso o también llamado mobbing. Este fenómeno como constructo está entendido como aquel acoso constante y con el fin de dañar a quien lo recibe. El objetivo es analizar una muestra piloto de 70 mujeres trabajadoras, con el fin de conocer si han o no padecido el síndrome del mobbing y en cuál de sus subescalas. Los resultados muestran la existencia de las seis dimensiones que conforman el mobbing, según la percepción de las participantes, comunicación en el trabajo la de mayor incidencia, siendo las mujeres solteras y con mayor nivel de preparación quienes más acoso laboral denuncian.
