The average valuation for large-sized companies was 3.84, while for companies in the industrial sector it was 3.92; these companies achieve the highest average valuations according to the scale used in the present investigation. However, communication barriers have been observed that companies must overcome to avoid information distortions and achieve effective communication. These results provide useful information to strengthen knowledge regarding organizational communication strategies used in times of pandemic

Los principales resultados indican que la comunicación interna, durante la contingencia sanitaria, ha sido adecuada; además, en las empresas se utilizan los canales que satisfacen las necesidades de comunicación entre los colaboradores y directivos. La valoración promedio para las empresas de tamaño grande fue de 3.84, mientras que para las empresas del giro industrial de 3.92; estas empresas alcanzan las valoraciones promedio más altas de acuerdo con la escala utilizada en la presente investigación. Sin embargo, se observaron barreras de la comunicación que las empresas deben atender para evitar distorsiones de información y lograr una comunicación efectiva. Estos resultados aportan información útil para fortalecer el conocimiento en cuanto a las estrategias de comunicación organizacional utilizadas en tiempos de pandemia.
