Sumario: | This article has the purpose of making visible a related research experience that the students of the Universidad Veracruzana Intercultural carried out based on the strategies to strengthen the use of Nahuatl in infants and young people of the Casa del Niño Indígena, belonging to the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples (INPI), in Atlahuilco, Veracruz. In addition, it reports on a sociolinguistic diagnosis that was carried out in the Casa del Niño Indígena, in order to know the linguistic profile of infants and young people for the implementation of future interventions of sociocultural animation and teaching of reading and writing in the Nahuatl language.
It is important to note that at the Universidad Veracruzana Intercultural, linked research is a main axis of knowledge production, it provides a rapprochement with the actors to address their problems, sociocultural management is potentiated, and young people put their intercultural skills into practice. |
