Sumario:Objective: to analyze the lifestyle and its relationship with obesity, overweight in adults of a Health Center of Veracruz, in the period August 2021- July 2022.  Methodology: the research was analytical and cross-sectional, consisting of a population of 108 adults, through a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. Results: it is reported that 100% of patients have an unhealthy lifestyle, the dimensions with the highest percentage were, responsibility in health (100%), exercise (98%), stress management (98%) and nutrition (94%). Conclusions: the surveyed population presented unhealthy behaviors, finding a significant correlation between lifestyles and BMI (pr=0.000), as well as in the dimensions of nutrition (pr=.004), responsibility in health (pr=.002) and stress management (pr=.001), in addition significance was found with exercise (pr=.015), interpersonal support (pr=.028) and self-actualization (pr=.039).
