Sumario:The results presented are part of the study Anxiety, depression, lifestyles and well-being in the current sociocultural context, particularly of the variables symptoms of anxiety and depression, obtained in the year 2021. This study is based on the assumption that the confinement and social distancing actions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in changes in the lifestyles of the population, particularly in the adult-young segment. The information gathering was carried out in two periods during the year, with 658 participants in the first survey and in the second 752 people. The results reflect an increase in the symptoms of anxiety and depression in the population, maintaining the trend throughout the year. Although it is not possible to generalize the results, the data allow the visualization of reference scenarios for the development of intervention strategies that affect the levels of well-being of the population.
