Se presenta la valoración de los usos de agua doméstica en los ámbitos de cuidado del recurso; el ahorro en los usos del agua; y la revisión y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, para conocer si las personas y/o la comunidad usa el recurso de manera racional o eficiente o por el contrario existe una tendencia hacia el desperdicio del agua de acuerdo con los hábitos de la población de Zoncuantla, Coatepec, Veracruz. Se constata que en la mayoría de las actividades domésticas que se realizan, no hay ahorro de agua.
