Sumario:Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a non-traumatic separation of the epicardial coronary arterial wall leading to luminal obstruction with subsequent myocardial ischemia and infarction. Herein, we describe an interesting case of acute coronary syndrome due to multivessel SCAD without an underlying susceptibility or trigger, and review the literature for SCAD management.
