Home Subcutaneous Magnesium Infusion in Refractory Hypomagnesemia: A Case Report

We describe a patient with renal magnesium wasting and prolonged, symptomatic hypomagnesemia that was refractory to oral therapies and intermittent intravenous infusion who achieved near-normal serum magnesium levels with subcutaneous magnesium infusions.
