Sumario: | Situs inversus totalis (SIT) is a rare congenital disease. Due to the abnormal distribution of blood vessels in the organs of SIT patients, the anatomical structure is different from that of normal people, which increases the difficulty of surgery, especially laparoscopic surgery. However, there are few reports on the treatment of SIT combined with gastric cancer surgery by three-dimensional (3D) laparoscopy. Here, we describe a case of SIT combined with gastric cancer who underwent 3D laparoscopy-assisted distal radical gastrectomy in March 2021 and with a brief review of the literature. |
