description This report examines the case of a 32-year-old male who initially presented with symptoms of eye pain, redness, and vision changes, and was subsequently diagnosed with anterior sclerouveitis. One week after his initial visit, the patient presented to the emergency department (ED) with daily bloody stools and left lower quadrant (LLQ) pain.
