Occipital artery bypass importance in unsuitable superficial temporal artery: Two case reports

BACKGROUND: Superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery (STA-MCA) bypass helps treat cerebral ischemia. However, the STA is not available for bypass in some conditions.
