description Understanding the three-dimensional (3D) structure of chromatin is invaluable for researching how it functions. One way to gather this information is the chromosome conformation capture (3C) technique and its follow-up technique Hi-C. Here, we present ParticleChromo3D+, a containerized web-based genome structure reconstruction server/tool that provides researchers with a portable and accurate tool for analyses. Additionally, ParticleChromo3D+ provides a more user-friendly way to access its capabilities via a graphical user interface (GUI). ParticleChromo3D+ can save time for researchers by increasing the accessibility of genome reconstruction, easing usage pain points, and offloading computational processing/installation time.
