Here, we present ParticleChromo3D+, a containerized web-based genome structure reconstruction server/tool that provides researchers with a portable and accurate tool for analyses. Additionally, ParticleChromo3D+ provides a more user-friendly way to access its capabilities via a graphical user interface (GUI). ParticleChromo3D+ can save time for researchers by increasing the accessibility of genome reconstruction, easing usage pain points, and offloading computational processing/installation time. |
