Sumario:Lupus anticoagulant hypoprothrombinemia syndrome (LAHPS) is a rare entity associated with an increased risk of hemorrhage. Corticosteroids have been used in its treatment with favorable results. We present the case of a 54‐year‐old female patient with a personal history of Lupus diagnosed with LAHPS following an episode of cerebellar hemorrhage.
