Sumario:Acute type A aortic dissection (ATAAD) is a life‐threatening vascular disease. We report a case of ATAAD treated with interventional therapy using 3D‐printing assisted pre‐windowing coated stent combined with in situ window‐opening technology. There were few complications and the patient experienced an uneventful recovery.
