Sumario: | We present a case of ileo-colic intussusception in a 58-year-old female, with representative clinical features and useful intraoperative images. These cases are relatively rare in adults and should always be concerning for underlying malignancy, as was seen in our patient's case. In recent years, there has been a slight shift in the management of this pathology, and we present our arguments in agreement with these changes. |
