Sumario:Eleven newborns infected with COVID-19 delta variant admitted to a hospital in northern Iran during the sixth wave were evaluated. Fever, poor breastfeeding, lethargy, and lung involvement were the most prevalent symptoms in COVID-19 delta variant infected neonates. Infected mothers may be a main cause of infection for neonates.
