PASC autonomic dysfunction can present with dizziness, tachycardia, sweating, headache, syncope, labile blood pressure, exercise intolerance, and “brain fog.” A multidisciplinary team can help manage this complex syndrome with nonpharmacologic and pharmacologic interventions.
