Sumario: | We report two cases of children with atlantoaxial rotatory dislocation (AARD) post-trauma with a chronic history of persistent neck pain and torticollis. The neurological examinations were normal. The dislocation reduction was challenging; however, cases with such delayed presentation, treated with closed reduction and external stabilization, are rare. After reduction, a serial CT scan during follow-up showed no recurrence. |
