Sumario:In this research, we present an analytical analysis of HIV-1 infection of CD4 + T cells with a conformable derivative model (CDM) in biology. An improved [Formula: see text] -expansion method is used to investigate this model analytically to construct a new exact traveling wave solution, namely, exponential function, trigonometric function, and the hyperbolic function, which can be further studied for more (FNEE) fractional nonlinear evolution equations in biology. Also, we provide some graphs in 2D plots that demonstrate how accurate the results will be produced using analytical approaches.
