Sumario:Ocrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody, approved for the treatment of relapsing and primary-progressive multiple sclerosis. We reported a case of pericarditis in an RRMS patient treated with ocrelizumab, who presented with chest pain, high body temperature and laboratory findings of systemic inflammation, with a favorable clinical outcome.
