Sumario: | Change managers have a 70% chance that their planned and implemented change projects will fail. The associated potential for frustration and resignation is the starting point for this article in the journal Gruppe. Interaction. Organization. (GIO). In order to expand their navigation and action repertoire, a new, process-oriented approach will be elaborated. This includes “not-so-states” instead of “should-states” and indignation as a community-creating motivator. |
