Sumario:Bacillary angiomatosis (BA) is an angioproliferative disease caused by Bartonella species. It manifests as nodules or papules in immunocompromised patients. Oral lesions are very rare, unlike cutaneous lesions, and histopathology plays a vital role in distinguishing these lesions from other similar ones. Treatment mainly comprises macrolides erythromycin, clarithromycin, or doxycycline.
