Sumario:Live cervical ectopic pregnancy is a rare type of ectopic pregnancy and accounts for <1% of all ectopic pregnancies. Prompt diagnosis and early management with systemic or local administration of methotrexate is the treatment of choice in most cases. If the pregnancy is complicated, it can lead to significant hemorrhage, which may require a hysterectomy to save the life of the patient. We report a case of live cervical ectopic pregnancy in a 26-year-old patient with a history of previous cesarean section and presenting with silent bleeding per vaginum for six hours.
