The sequential explanatory design was employed in this research where quantitative phase were proceeded at first followed by qualitative phase. The findings of the current research will help practitioners recognize and seize opportunities to improve accountant productivity. Besides, the benefits of a more in-depth comprehension in this research can help legislators enact legislation and regulations about corporate social responsibility to enhance the management of human resource in public sector. |
