Sumario:Digital clubbing is most commonly caused by pulmonary or cardiac disease, and only rarely it is a manifestation of a gastroenterological disorder. We report a pediatric patient in whom severe gastroesophageal reflux disease caused anemia and digital clubbing, partial clinical presentation of the Herbst triad.
