Sumario:Scalp electrical burns unsuitable for primary closure after debridement have traditionally been treated by modalities that cause significant morbidity and are aesthetically inferior to tension-free primary wound closure. We present our experience using cable ties as an effective, easy to use, readily available, and inexpensive top closure system.
