CASE PRESENTATION: This present case is a 63-year-old man with a previous history of achalasia and with a complaint of sudden onset of severe right chest pain, epigastric pain, etc. to Razi hospital, Rasht, Iran in March 2022. CLINICAL DISCUSSION: Due to the clinical findings of the patients, the diagnosis was BS and the patient's condition was reported to be good at the two-month follow-up.
