Insight into the Effects of Drying Methods on Lanzhou Lily Rehydration

This study investigated the effects of drying methods (hot air drying (HAD), microwave vacuum drying (MVD), and vacuum freeze drying (VFD)) on the rehydration performance (RP) of dried Lanzhou lily scales (LLS).
