Mycobacterium avium Pleurisy with Bronchopleural Fistula Resulting in Rapidly Progressive Respiratory Failure Diagnosed by Transbronchial Autopsy
Nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease usually manifests as a chronic pulmonary infection.
