description Three species of spider genus Sinopoda Jäger, 1999 are reported from southern China. The male of S.horizontalis Zhong, Cao & Liu, 2017 is described for the first time based on new material from the type locality, Wuyishan National Nature Reserve, Fujian Province, China. Detailed descriptions, diagnoses, photographs and a distribution map of the three species are provided.
